Instead I managed to take a curveball off my right knee about twenty minutes into the scrimmage (that&#8217;s what the leggings are for, right?). After a good half hour of squatting my knee was pretty tender so I figured I&#8217;d ice it. Hopefully I&#8217;ll be back to normal in a few days.
